- Sharing relevant clinical letters and reports with your referring GP or specialist
- Coordinating hospital admissions, booking theatres, and communicating with anaesthetists or surgical assistants
- Submitting claims directly to Medicare, your private health fund, or statutory insurers (WorkSafe, TAC)
- Responding to legal directives (such as subpoenas or court orders) where legally obligated

All clinical notes are stored in secure, encrypted medical practice software hosted on Australian-based, healthcare-compliant servers. Paper records, if any, are held in locked cabinets with restricted staff access.

We may charge a reasonable administrative fee to cover the costs of retrieval and photocopying.
