If you are experiencing sudden severe symptoms such as saddle numbness, bladder/bowel incontinence, severe arm or leg weakness, or thunderclap headaches, do not rely on this website. Call 000 immediately or present to the nearest hospital emergency department.
2. Clinical referrals and bookings

3. Fees and financial consent
Full payment of consultation fees is requested on the day of your appointment. If surgery is recommended, we will provide a Written Informed Financial Consent detailing the surgical item numbers, the practice fee, private health fund rebates, and the out-of-pocket gap fee.
The cost estimate does not cover ancillary fees charged by the assistant surgeon, anaesthetist, hospital, or pathology/radiology services.
4. Appointment cancellation policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation, we request at least 48 hours\' notice so that we can offer the appointment slot to patients on our waiting list. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notifying our rooms may attract a non-attendance fee.
