Clinical Coordination & GP Handoff
To ensure high-quality care for regional and remote patients, our outreach consultations follow a structured GP coordination framework:
- GP Referral & Coordination: Initial referral must include complete patient history, current symptom profiles, and all relevant diagnostic scan details.
- Diagnostic Scan Review: Dr Aliashkevich reviews high-resolution MRI or CT scans remotely via hospital portal systems prior to scheduled outreach consultations.
- Outreach Consultations: Coordinated face-to-face outreach clinics are scheduled regularly in designated regional hubs, supported by weekly telehealth follow-ups.
- Shared Post-Op Management: Post-operative checks are shared between the specialist surgical team and local General Practitioners using structured clinical hand-offs.
