Evaluating your symptoms systematically helps Dr Aliashkevich tailor your rehabilitation pace:
- Be Consistent: Try to fill in the tracker at approximately the same time each day (e.g., mornings or evenings).
- Activity Linkage: Note whether specific movements (e.g., sitting, lifting) trigger spinal nerve leg pain.
- Pacing Aid: If pain frequently spikes above 6 during light walking, it may indicate a need to adjust your physical loading schedule.
